Dr. Thomas Blumer is QAD’s Director of Knowledge Management. You’ll see the efforts of his Content and Training Development team in online help systems, the new Guide Me product training tool, the Document Library, product certification, user forums, and many other places. When not actively taming QAD content, Thomas pursues personal conditioning with CrossFit, as well as spending time with his young family.
