Why Should I Attend QAD Explore?
The focus of Explore 2019 was the speed of business – the accelerating pace of change across industries, core manufacturing challenges and the uncertainties surrounding the timing of industry-wide change. If you weren’t able to attend Explore 2019 in New Orleans, be sure to read our blog and catch up on what you missed. We also encourage you to read our vertical market round-up of some of the great conversations and experiences had by our very own industry experts at last year’s event.
At Explore 2020 in Las Vegas, you can expect to hear more about the increasing pace of change and disruption across the industries we serve. On the mainstage, keynote speakers will reflect on the top changes they’ve encountered and share examples of how manufacturers are responding, including industry trends to watch for and best practices.
Is there a Manufacturing Presence in Las Vegas?
Yes! Las Vegas is home to over 2,000 manufacturers, producing a wide range of products including renewable energy equipment, slot machines, LED lights, drones, rockets and an assortment of new technologies like 3D printing applications. Furthermore, manufacturing in Las Vegas’ Clark County—and throughout the state of Nevada—has grown in importance, with mining and construction making up most of its industrial sector. Both sectors have been long components of the economy and have contributed significantly to the city’s growth, especially with Nevada (and its low tax rates) being such an attractive location for manufacturing. We couldn’t think of a better place to bring our QAD community together!
Viva Las Vegas!
